About

I Have No Idea is a play with original music that explores adult ADHD. A story about neurodiversity, the power of music, the importance of friendship, and how coffee makes everything better.

Two actors play four characters: Robin (a musician) and Brian (a psychologist who doesn't believe in ADHD) are played by one, and Taylor (a barista and Robin's bestie) and Susan (the psychologist we all need in our corner) by the other.

The play follows Robin and Taylor as they support each other through their ADHD journeys. Using humour, empathy, music, and the lived experiences of the playwright and creative team, it deals with the barriers neurodivergent people face, provides a voice for neurodivergent people of all ages, and gives neurotypical people insight into the lives of ADHDers.
