Arlo Maverick

4x WCMA nominee Arlo Maverick is a hip-hop artist who aims to move people physically and emotionally. Arlo’s music is relatable and timely, touching on everything from navigating trust issues in dating to finding your purpose and healing after the loss of a loved one.

Although he incorporates genres like Afrobeat, jazz, and soul, hip-hop is always at the core. One of Alberta’s most recognized artists, Arlo’s resume includes airplay in multiple countries, appearances in various publications, headlining festivals, touring overseas and charting on national campus radio charts.

Arlo’s live show, backed by a band, can be described as a symbiotic exchange in which the audience is part of the show. Creating moments unique to every performance, no two Arlo Maverick shows are the same.
